1:1 Healing Sessions

What I offer isn’t about fixing you, it’s about creating a space where your body can finally exhale.

In our time together, we slow things down and listen. To your body, your nervous system, your energy, and to the deeper places where your story lives.

I bring together everything I’ve learned through my own healing. Energy work, herbal support, grounding practices, prayer, and sound to support your body in doing what it already knows how to do: restore, regulate and come back into balance.

I’ve experienced firsthand how deeply the body responds when it feels safe, seen, and supported, not rushed, not analyzed, not forced.

This isn’t about a quick fix, it’s about remembering what it feels like to be at home in yourself again.

Each session is an invitation to slow down, to be cared for, and to return to yourself. Some people come simply to rest and receive. Others are craving something deeper. Space to be seen, heard, and supported more fully.

I offer two ways to work together, depending on what your body and spirit are needing most.

Rest & Receive

60 minutes • $120

This session is for those who feel called to simply come and receive.

We keep words to a minimum, allowing your body to settle without needing to explain or process. After a brief check-in, you’ll be guided to lie comfortably on the table, fully clothed, as I use gentle energy work and sound to support your nervous system and bring your body into a state of deep rest.

This is a quiet, restorative experience. An opportunity to step out of the noise and allow you body to recalibrate.

There is nothing you need to do here. Just come, lay down, and receive.

Be held & Restored

120 minutes • $300

This is a more immersive, intentional experience for those who are wanting to go deeper.

You’ll begin by settling in with me over fresh fruit and homemade bread, taking time to talk through what’s been on your heart and what you’re seeking support with. I’ll prepare a warm cup of cacao, and together we’ll gently set the tone for the session.

When you’re ready, you’ll lie comfortably on the table, fully clothed, supported in a space designed for complete safety and rest.

I open our time in prayer, anointing your head with oil, and begin with sound to soothe your nervous system and help your body settle into a deeper state of receiving. From there, I move intuitively working through your energy field to clear stagnation, gently guiding your body back into flow.

At times, I may incorporate grounding elements such as palo santo, or lay hands on you in prayer, allowing Christ’s love and healing to move through me, into and around your body, as I’m led.

We close by gently bringing you back, allowing time for your body to reorient before transitioning to the couch, where we’ll share spring water and reflect on anything that came up during your session.

Before you leave, I’ll create a custom tea blend and an essential oil roller for you to take home, along with any herbal, dietary, or lifestyle recommendations that feel supportive for you.

This experience doesn’t end when you walk out the door. I’ll follow up with you in the days and weeks after, offering gentle support as you continue to integrate and move forward.

Remote Rest & Receive

60 minutes • $90

You don’t have to be in the same room to be met.

This session is a space for you to slow down, settle into your body, and receive support from wherever you are.

We’ll begin with a brief check-in over the phone, creating a moment to land and acknowledge what’s been coming up for you. From there we will get off the phone and I’ll ask you to find a comfortable position, whether lying down or seated, so your body can begin to soften and feel supported.

I’ll open the space in prayer and begin working energetically, moving through your field to support the release of tension, stagnation, and anything your body is ready to let go of.

You may feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or simply a deep sense of calm. There is nothing you need to do. Just rest and receive.

At the end of our time, I will send you a message sharing anything that came up during the session and I may offer simple suggestions or practices to help you stay grounded and supported as you move forward.
